IT Support Pre-Apprenticeship Training

Program Description: Urban City Codes Tech coaches will prepare students for IT Support Apprentice Program with IBM through (YSU) Youngstown State University. This program provides students with the basic understanding of customer service processes, procedures, and essentials for success. Additionally, students will learn foundational knowledge of computer hardware basics, mobile devices, networking, operating systems, security, and the foundations of virtualization and cloud computing. Lastly, students will gain an understanding of general troubleshooting strategies and methodologies, documentation, and remote user support.
We are preparing and coaching you for a role in IT Support or IT Helpdesk. Upon completion, you will be prepared to enroll in the IBM Apprenticeship Opportunity.
