Program Description: Urban City Codes Tech coaches will prepare students for IT Support Apprentice Program with IBM through (YSU) Youngstown State University. This program provides students with the basic understanding of customer service processes, procedures, and essentials for success. Additionally, students will learn foundational knowledge of computer hardware basics, mobile devices, networking, operating systems, security, and the foundations of virtualization and cloud computing.
